Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original sealed packaging to qualify for a return.

Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
